Talent Solutions (Manpower): launch of a retraining scheme for high-level athletes

"Talent Solutions, ManpowerGroup's HR Consulting and Solutions division, is launching a new programme to provide high-level, professional and semi-professional sportsmen and women with personalised support at the end of their professional careers," said the Manpower Group on 07/06/2023.

The scheme has five phases:
• A socio-professional & psycho-social diagnosis
• Development and validation of a career plan
• Support for change & skills development
• Putting into action and strengthening the power to act
• Placement in the labour market (employment/retraining/business creation)

This new support programme is based on an online platform, the Guichet Unique, developed by Sportail Community, a digital workplace designed to connect top-level, professional and semi-professional sports talent with companies.
