Future of Sport: "The fan experience is very very important" (G-L. Epstein, UEFA)

"The fan experience is very very important. There are probably three ways to experience football or sports events. First is the stadium. It's a very limited part of the population that have the chance to go to the stadium. Second, is with public viewing in bars and pubs. The last one is the people sitting at home and watching the matches on television or elsewhere. The idea is to identify the the experiences that you can offer in each of these different segments knowing that the stadium would probably be 0.01% of the population," said Guy-Laurent Epstein, marketing director at UEFA Events SA, on 16/06/2023.
