Future of Sport: "A unifying role in bringing clubs and sportstech together" (M. Curlu, Bpifrance)

"Bpifrance supports 30 sports clubs selected each year from around a hundred applicants. We start by helping them to develop economically, before taking an innovative approach and helping them to transform their practices. Bpifrance has also worked closely with players in the French sportstech sector. So on the one hand we had clubs, and on the other a good knowledge of start-ups. We wanted to play a unifying role in bringing the clubs and these companies together. We have a real role to play in supporting and bringing together clubs and sportech," said Mustafa Curlu, head of digital and sports partnerships at Bpifrance, at Future of Sport (Paris Expo Porte de Versailles) on 14/06/2023.
