Germany: Sky Holdings announces its stake in Sky Deutschland at 90.04% of the capital

Sky German Holdings GmbH, the holding company used by the British pay-TV group BSkyB to take shareholder control its German counterpart Sky Deutschland, announced its stake is 90.04% of the capital of the limited company Sky Deutschland AG, said the new holding company, which is part of the the new European structure Sky plc, on 28/11/2014.
