FC Barcelona: launch of the Barça Vision platform to bring together Web3, NFT and metaverse content

FC Barcelona (LaLiga Santander) have launched Barça Vision, a content platform that "brings together all initiatives associated to Web3, NFTs and the metaverse," announced the club on 19/06/2023.

"Barça Vision will form a fundamental part of the club's strategy to build the Digital Espai Barça Digital and group the digital community of FC Barcelona fans all around the world, with a focus on Generation alpha, Generation Z and millennials," said Barça.

The platform, unveiled on 21/06/2023, is part of FC Barcelona's new strategy, which "closed the financing of Espai Barça with a total of 20 investors and worth €1.450bn," said the club on 24/04/2023.
