UEFA: PepsiCo (beverages) extends as a sponsor of the Champions League for three seasons (2024-2027)

PepsiCo has extended its partnership with UEFA and will remain an official sponsor of the Champions League for three additional seasons (2024-2027), announced the American multinational food, snack and beverage group on 21/06/2023.

"PepsiCo is the first sponsor to renew the Champions League collaboration and comes at a pivotal time as the competition format changes and the number of participating clubs increases, providing fans new ways to enjoy iconic PepsiCo brands," said the American company. Mastercard (payment solutions) and Heineken (beers) are also set to extended their partnerships with UEFA for the Champions League, according to specialised media on the same day.

The American group has been a partner of UEFA and the Champions League since 2015-16. Over this third partnership cycle, PepsiCo will continue to promote its brands Lays (snacking), Pepsi and Gatorade (beverages). The Purchase-based (USA) group aims at "doubling up activations in the US and the Middle East."
