• UEFA's Club Financial Control Body (CFCB) will review the situation of Toulouse FC (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) and AC Milan (Serie A TIM), which both qualified for European Cups but are owned by the same majority shareholder: RedBird Capital Partners.

• Staffmatch (temporary employment agency) has become the main shirt sponsor of Clermont Foot 63 (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) for two seasons (2023-2025).
• Kosmos is claiming $50m (€45.7m) in compensation from the International Tennis Federation (ITF) following the termination of the agreement to organise the Davis Cup ( announced on 12/01/2023), said Gerard Piqué, chairman of the Spanish investment fund, to the Spanish daily Marca.
