Tennis: Lexus (car manufacturer, Toyota), platinum partner (2^nd level) of the ATP Tour from 2023

Lexus, a brand of cars made by Japanese car manufacturer Toyota, has become a "platinum partner" and "official automotive partner" of the Association of Tennis Professionals from 2023, announced the body on 22/06/2023.

As a "platinum partner", Lexus will rank second in the ATP's sponsorship hierarchy, alongside Pepperstone (trading). Lexus will be responsible for transporting players, officials and guests to selected ATP Tour tournaments, including the Nitto ATP Finals (the final tournament of the season in Turin, Italy, featuring the top eight players in the ATP rankings).

As part of the partnership, the Japanese company will benefit from year-round visibility on the ATP Tour's digital and social platforms. "ATP and Lexus will also work together to establish additional partnerships with ATP tournaments and players, from this season," explained the body. Lexus also became a partner of the British Tennis Association (LTA) on 31/05/2023 as part of an agreement that included naming rights for a number of junior and chair tennis tournaments.
