The DNCG (French National Directorate of Management Control) has lifted the transfer ban on Tours FC (Ligue 2), the club said on 02/12/2014.

"The commission has recognised a clear improvement and effort at all levels, and so lifted the player recruitment ban. The club can now be strengthened within the limits of its payroll. Free loans are also now allowed," stated the Tours FC.

  • The Appeals Committee of the DNCG confirmed the transfer ban and the supervision of the club's payroll pronounced against Tours FC in June by the DNCG on 11/07/2014.
  • Minutes after the decision of the DNCG, Tours FC announced the arrival of its first signing, Joel Damahou (a free agent).
