FIFA: BMO (bank, CAN), official supporter of the Women's World Cup 2023 in North America

Bank of Montreal (BMO), a Canadian banking group, has become an official supporter (3^rd level) of the Women's World Cup 2023 (in Australia and New Zealand, from 20/07 to 20/08/2023) for North America, announced FIFA on 27/06/2023.

The Canadian bank is the second brand to become an official supporter of the competition exclusively for the North American market, following the Mexican food company Frito-Lay (PepsiCo Group) on 30/05/2023. Seven other brands enjoy the same status without restriction to a geographical area, including the Australian telecommunications operator Optus and the New Zealand national lottery TAB, which signed their respective agreements on 22 and 26/06/2023.

The partnership between BMO and FIFA is part of a broader "collaboration with Concacaf, with BMO also the official bank for 2023 Concacaf Nations League finals and Gold Cup," according to FIFA.
