Manchester City FC: OKX (crypto) extends partnership and becomes a sleeve sponsor from 2023-24

OKX, a Seychelles-based cryptocurrency exchange platform, has extended its partnership with Manchester City FC (Premier League) and become its sleeve sponsor under a "multi-year agreement" from the 2023-24 season, announced the club on 30/06/2023. The agreement covers the club's men's and women's teams.

OKX, which initially became an official partner of Manchester City in 2021-22, had first extended its agreement with the club to become its training kit sponsor in 2022-23, in return for an annual fee of £20m (€23.7m), on 11/07/2022. As part of the new deal, OKX "will retain its position on the left sleeve of the first team training kits, in addition to appearing across further digital and physical club assets," said Manchester City.

The platform succeeds South Korean tyre manufacturer Nexen Tire, which has been a partner of Manchester City since 2015-16, and which became its sleeve sponsor from 2017-18.
