OL Groupe/LDLC Arena: milestone of 50,000 hours of professional integration crossed exceeding target

"Work on the LDLC Arena, a 12,000 to 16, 000 capacity events venue to be located near the Groupama Stadium in OL Vallée in Décines-Charpieu (Rhône, FRA), is progressing rapidly and should enable this new multifunctional venue to open its doors at the end of 2023. Thanks to a strong focus on employment, the symbolic milestone of 50,000 hours of integration has been passed, exceeding the target set," announced OL Groupe, owner of Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats), on 28/06/2023.

"At the height of the structural work, around a hundred people were employed on the site. The trade bodies arrived in Décines a few months after the start of the works. Up to 200 people were employed in this specific group of building trades. The operation of the venue will create more than 50 full-time equivalent permanent jobs. Event-related employment will represent 500 dedicated jobs (250 full-time equivalents), making a total of more than 2,500 full-time equivalents on the OL Vallée site," explained OL Groupe.
