Los Angeles 2028: Oakley (sunglasses), official eyewear for the Olympic Games & Team USA

Oakley, an American sunglasses brand belonging to the Italian group EssilorLuxottica, has become the official eyewear supplier for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games (California, United States), announced the Los Angeles organising committee on 28/06/2023. Oakley has also become Team USA's eyewear for the United States Olympic Committee.

The brand based in Lake Fores (California) has the status of official supplier, the fourth level in the LA 28 sponsorship hierarchy, alongside Nike (clothing) and Polo Ralph Lauren (clothing). It is the eighth sponsor of the Games, which also boasts three founding partners (Comcast, Delta Airlines and Salesforce).

As part of its partnership with the United States Olympic Committee, Oaklay is launching two pairs of glasses in the colours of the American delegation. "Team Oakley Olympians will be rocking the Team USA x Oakley eyewear throughout the 2024 Games in Paris," said LA28.
