FC Bayern Munich: cooperation agreement with Schwarz Group (PreZero, XM Cyber, STACKIT & Saskia)

FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga) and Schwarz Group, a German retail group that operates the supermarkets Lidl and Kaufland, have signed a cooperation agreement in which the group's brands PreZero (waste management), XM Cyber and STACKIT (IT products), and Saskia (Lidl's mineral water brand), will become partners "in the coming years," announced the club on 04/07/2023.

"PreZero has already been responsible for waste disposal at the Allianz Arena (75,000 capacity) for three years and will in future take over the entire waste management at FC Bayern locations. The aim is to gradually close material cycles and thus improve recycling rates. PreZero has already shown innovative ways of giving supposed waste a second life with the "Herzrasen" project, in which the grass cuttings from the Allianz Arena are processed into paper bags for the official fan shop," explained the reigning German champions.

Meanwhile, Lidl's mineral water brand Saskia, has become a "platinum partner" of the club and will be supplied to the Allianz Arena as well as "all club locations in the future," said FC Bayern…
