Italy/TV rights: Sky Italia broadcaster of Euro 2024, Six Nations (until 2025) & the NBA

Sky Italia has acquired the rights to broadcast Euro 2024 (held in Germany from 14/06 to 14/07/2024) in its entirety in Italy, announced the pay-TV operator, on 04/07/2023.

"On Sky and streaming on NOW it will be possible to watch all 51 UEFA Euro 2024 matches live, 20 of them exclusively live on Sky," said the operator. The Italian public broadcaster Rai holds the free-to-air rights to the competition.

The operator has also extended its NBA broadcasting rights. "Thanks to a new multi-year agreement, there will be a packed schedule with over 300 games on air on the dedicated Sky Sport NBA channel. In particular, 7 live games per week during the regular season, including Saturday and Sunday prime time," added Sky.

Sky Italia has also acquired the broadcasting rights to five international rugby events over the 2023-2025 cycle: the Summer Nations Series (2023), the Six Nations (2024 and 2025), the TikTok Women's Six Nations (2024 and 2025), the U20 6 Nations (2024 and 2025) and the Autumn Nations Series (2024 and 2025).
