Saudi Arabia: Nike, equipment supplier of Al Nassr FC from the 2023-24 season

Nike has become the official equipment supplier of Al Nassr FC (Roshn Saudi League) from the 2023-24 season, announced the Saudi club on 02/07/2023. The American brand succeeds the Saudi equipment manufacturer Duneus, which supplied the club's kit for the 2022-23 season.

The agreement will take effect from Al Nassr's summer tour of Japan, from 25 to 27/07/2023. Portuguese international Cristiano Ronaldo, who has been playing for the Saudi club since 30/12/2022 (under a contract worth an estimated €200m a year until June 2025), is also under contract with Nike. The two parties have been linked by a 'lifetime' agreement since 2003, valued at $1bn (€920m).

Al Nassr is the third club in the Saudi league to sign a partnership with Nike, after Al Ittihad FC and Al-Shabab FC. Other clubs in the Rohsn Saudi League have signed contracts with European equipment manufacturers, including Ettifaq FC (with Italian brand Zeus) and Al-Taawoun (with Macron).
