Juventus FC: a 16-month ban and a €60,000 fine for former president Andrea Agnelli

Andrea Agnelli (ITA), former president of Juventus FC (Serie A TIM), has received a 16-month ban and a €60,000 fine from the Federal Court of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC), announced the body on 10/07/2023.

This decision is part of the case regarding accounting manipulations deemed illegal and denounced by the Italian Financial Markets Authority (Consob/Commissione nazionale per le società e la Borsa) for the last few financial periods of the Turin club. Allegations include irregularities concerning the treatment of salaries and the costs of "cross transfers" between clubs.

In this case, Andrea Agnelli was on separate trial from the Turin club.
