Real Madrid CF: a record turnover of €843m (+16.8%) & net profit of €11.8m in 2022-23

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga EA Sports) posted record revenues of €843m for the 2022-23 financial year (from 01/07/2022 to 30/06/2023), up 16.8% compared with the 2021-22 financial year (€721.5m), according to the club following the meeting of its management board on 17/07/2023. This is a record for non-transfer revenue generated by the Madrid club. These annual accounts, which do not take into consideration the ongoing project to renovate the Santiago Bernabéu, are still subject to approval by the next general assembly of socios.

"Despite the still lingering effects of Covid-19 and the stadium capacity restrictions resulting from the ongoing refurbishment works, the club managed to exceed for the first time and by far the pre-pandemic revenue figure (€757m in 2018-19). Stadium revenues, due to the works, were still 13% lower than in 2018-19 but revenues from the remaining business lines have already significantly exceeded those achieved in 2018-19, with marketing revenues in particular standing out (+12%)," explained Real Madrid.
