SPFL: Infront (international) & BBC (Scotland) extend media rights until 2029

Swiss media and marketing rights agency Infront has extended its international media rights for Scottish Professional Football League competitions until 2028-29, announced the two entities on 17/07/2023.

These competitions include the cinch Premiership, the cinch Championship (D2), the cinch League One (D3), the cinch League Two (D4), the Viaplay Cup (Scottish League Cup) and the Trust Trophy (cup that pits clubs from lower divisions against the top flight). Infront has been distributing the international media rights to SPFL competitions since the 2018-19 season.

On the same day, the public broadcaster BBC extended its broadcasting rights for the cinch Premiership in Scotland until 2028-29.
