Olympique Lyonnais: club takes note of DNCG sanctions upheld on appeal to the FFF

The Appeals Commission of the FFF's National Directorate of Management Control (DNCG) has confirmed on appeal the limits imposed on Olympique Lyonnais' (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) wage bill and transfer allowances, announced the body on 18/07/2023.

This double sanction was initially imposed by the Commission de Contrôle des Clubs Professionnels (Professional Clubs Control Committee), which reports to the LFP, pursuant to article 11 of the DNCG's regulations, as part of its examination of OL's situation for the 2023-24 season, on 04/07/2023. At that time, the DNCG invited the club to present its budget, a few days after a previous visit (on 28/06/2023) at the end of which the supervisory body had granted it more time to present additional information.
