Villarreal CF: collaboration with supporters for the creation of the club's historical archive

Villarreal CF (LaLiga EA Sports), in collaboration with the Jaume I University of Castellón, Vila-real Town Hall and the supporters' group Amics del club, has launched the creation of its historical archive, announced the club on 15/07/2023.

To this end, Villarreal is inviting its supporters to "donate or loan photos, videos, objects or documents that could be useful for such a quality historical archive." Fans can do this via an online form, by telephone, or by visiting the club shop at the stadium. Villarreal is also offering a service to collect physical items from fans' homes.

The aim of the operation, which is being carried out as part of the club's centenary celebrations which include the construction of a new museum at the Estadio de la Cerámica, is "to collect all sorts of material linked to the club, to construct and enjoy once more different eras from the Submarine’s history and strengthen the foundations of the club," explained Villarrreal CF.
