RC Lens: first "Racing Cross de Lens" running event on Sunday 10/09/2023 with a job fair on arrival

RC Lens (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) is organising the first edition of the "Racing Cross de Lens", a 6.2-kilometre non-timed run, in conjunction with its supplier Puma and its "Racing Cœur de Lens" endowment fund. The event will take place on 10/09/2023 from La Gaillette, the club's training centre, to Stade Bollaert-Delelis, which will host a "jobs village" at the finish, announced the club on 27/07/2023.

"This first edition aims to bring together 1,906 participants. While race fans (or novices) will have the pleasure of covering this symbolic distance (6.2 km, in reference to 62, the number of the Pas-de-Calais region), others will simply be able to go straight to the jobs village on the forecourt of the Lens clubhouse and talk to the more than 35 companies on site," said RC Lens.

Runners can bring their CV, place it in a plastic pocket on the back of their number and run with it. Registration for the race costs €6, except for jobseekers. Access to the "jobs village" is free.
