France/National 1: Red Star & Kappa present shirts created using AI for the club's 125^th anniversary

Red Star FC (National 1) and its Italian equipment supplier Kappa have unveiled the club's shirts for the 2023-24 season, created using "artificial intelligence and the UVL creative studio," announced the club on the occasion of its 125^th anniversary on 07/08/2023. The new shirts are available on the official websites of the club and its equipment supplier, and will be worn for the first time by the players on the first day of the National championship on Friday 11/08/2023 (versus SAS Épinal).

The AI used to design the shirts "was fed with images from the club's archives, team photos, photos of the stadium, images of each old shirt, etc. Armed with all this information, the AI was able to start thinking about its contribution, feeding into the club's creative process as the shirts took shape.
