Serie A TIM: all you need to know about the 20 clubs participating in the 2023-24 season

SSC Napoli, champions of Italy in 2022-23, will be defending their title from Saturday 19/08/2023, when the 2023-24 Serie A TIM season begins.

The Neapolitan club will be hoping to retain their title against ambitious opponents, starting with FC Inter Milan, third in the league, winners of the Coppa Italia Frecciarossa and Champions League finalists in 2022-23. SS Lazio and AC Milan will accompany the two clubs in the group stage of the Champions League. Atalanta BC and AS Roma have qualified for the group stage of the Europa League, while ACF Fiorentina, who are taking advantage of Juventus FC's exclusion from European competitions in 2023-24, are hoping to take part in the group stage of the Europa Conference League (play-offs on 24 and 31/08/2023 versus the winner of the preliminary round between Rapid Vienna of Austria and Debreceni VSC of Hungary).
