Rugby: 8 host stadiums for the Women's World Cup 2025 in England from 22/08 to 29/09

Eight English stadiums will host matches at the Women's Rugby World Cup 2025, a record number for World Rugby's competition, announced the world governing body and the Rugby Football Union (RFU) on 22/08/2025.

The 10^th edition of the Women's Rugby World Cup will therefore take place in England from 22/08 to 29/09/2025 in eight venues selected by the RFU, World Rugby and the British government:
• Sunderland (Stadium of Light): 48,707 capacity
• York (York Community Stadium): 8,500 capacity
• Manchester (Salford Community Stadium): 12,000 capacity
• Northampton (Franklin's Gardens): 15,249 capacity
• Bristol (Ashton Gate): 27,000 capacity
• London (Twickenham): 82,000 capacity
• Exeter (Sandy Park): 15,600 capacity
• Brighton and Hove (Brighton and Hove Albion Stadium): 31,800 capacity

At the Women's Rugby World Cup 2021 (played in 2022), three stadiums in New Zealand hosted the matches of the 12 qualified teams. This 2025 edition will see the number of participating teams increase to 16. The precise fixture list and ticketing details will be announced in 2024.
