UEFA: "Breaking the Glass Ceiling" anti-discrimination seminar in Amsterdam on 12/12/2014

The main topics of the "Breaking the Glass Ceiling seminar will be "the representation of women and ethnic minorities in European football administration, solutions to the under-representation of ethnic minority players in coaching positions, and the barriers faced by the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community in participating in football". The seminar is organised by the KNVB (Dutch Football Federation) together with UEFA (Union of European Associations Football), at the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam (NED), on 12/12/2014.

UEFA president Michel Platini, representatives of the Dutch Federation and FARE (Football against Racism in Europe) will speak about the issue of institutional discrimination in football during the seminar.
