Matchday 2 of the 2023-24 Bundesliga season drew an average of 39,049 spectators per game, from Friday 25 to Sunday 27/08/2023. The average stadium fill rate was 99.6%, a figure never that has never been reached by the German top flight since News Tank Football began compiling attendance data by matchday (2015-16 season).

FC Bayern Munich - FC Augsburg (3-1), on Sunday 27/08 (kick-off at 17:30 CET) was the match that posted the best attendance, with a sold-out Allianz Arena (75,000 capacity). Three other fixtures drew more than 40,000 spectators.
