92,003 spectators attended the women's college volleyball match (NCAA) between the University of Nebraska Huskers (USA) and the Omaha Mavericks (3-0: 25-14, 25-14, 25-13) at the University of Nebraska Memorial Stadium on 30/08/2023 (local time).

This is a world record attendance for a women's sports event and a record for the Memorial Stadium, which usually hosts the Nebraska Cornhuskers (NCAA) American football franchise. The University of Nebraska's sports department had set this goal for itself in February 2023, when announcing the "Nebraska Volleyball Day". An NCAA second division match was also scheduled as part of the event.

The previous world attendance record for a women's sports event was set during the 2021-22 Women's Champions League fixture between FC Barcelona (Liga F) and VfL Wolfsburg (Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga) (5-1), which drew 91,648 spectators to the Spotify Camp Nou in Barcelona (ESP) on 22/04/2022.
