ECA: Dreesen (Bayern), Mintzlaff (Leipzig) & Soriano (M. City) among the 30 members of the new board

Jan-Christian Dreesen, CEO of FC Bayern Munich (Bundesliga), Oliver Mintzlaff (RB Leipzig, Bundesliga) and Ferran Soriano, chief executive of Manchester City FC (Premier League), have been elected to the executive board of the European Club Association at the body's general assembly in Berlin (GER) on 07/09/2023. Jan-Christian Dreesen also becomes vice-chairman of the body presided over by Nasser Al-Khelaïfi (QAT, re-elected), chairman of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats).

Half of the 30 elected members are new entrants, including Jokin Aperribay, president of Real Sociedad (LaLiga EA Sports) and Pablo Longoria, president of Olympique de Marseille (Ligue 1 Uber Eats).

Among the 15 re-elected members are:
