TV rights: "We'll see if we can have Ligue 1 while making measured investments" (F. Houzot, beIN)

"We will study the Ligue 1 Uber Eats call for tenders as we have always done for all rights. We will study the packages and the time slots. All of this is being worked on internally in terms of strategy. We'll see if it's possible to have Ligue 1 while at the same time making measured investments that will enable beIN to establish itself over the long term. The call for tenders for Ligue 1 Uber Eats domestic broadcasting rights from the 2024-25 season will be launched by the LFP on 12/09/2023. It is expected to include just two lots: a first 'premium' lot made up of the three 'flagship' games from each matchday and a second with the other six matches, according to L'Équipe (06/09/2023).
