Stade Rennais FC: third season of the "Bouge!" programme, promoting an active lifestyle

Stade Rennais FC (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) has launched the second season of its "Bouge!" ("Move!") programme, which aims to combat sedentary lifestyles and promote an active lifestyle, particularly among schoolchildren, announced the club on 12/09/2023. Registrations for this third edition are open as of today.

"The programme involves pupils in creating fun and sporting activities that help to improve attention and concentration and foster a good classroom atmosphere, with the support of their teachers. These activities take place in the classroom, the gymnasium or the playground between January and July. Every week during this period over the last two seasons, Stade Rennais FC has shared 4 weekly activities from a specific class with all the teachers," said the Breton club.

"The initiative has enabled more than 1,400 children aged between 8 and 11 to take part in a daily physical activity over the last two seasons. During the 2021-22 school year, 20 CE2, CM1 and CM2 classes (ages 8-9, 9-10 and 10-11) took part in the "Bouge! ta classe" programme. Last season, 42 classes took part in the…
