2030 Winter Olympics: "The IOC was impressed by the unity of our bid" (D. Lappartient)

"There is an objective to be chosen as a site, as a 'target' country for dialogue with the IOC to host the 2030 Olympic Games. My idea was to bring together, in a short space of time, the two potential bids from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur regions. We brought together these two regions, the French government, the CNOSF and the CPSF (French Paralympic and Sports Committee) to speak with one voice.
