Twitch: "Allow streamers to purchase rights from broadcasters" (Zack Nani)

"I'd like to see clearer legislation on TV rights, copyright and image rights... The conditions of use are rather vague when it comes to the Internet. TF1 has already given access, in return for payment, to the use of certain footage during the presidential elections. It would be desirable for broadcasters to allow us streamers to purchase rebroadcast rights or match highlights from time to time, at realistic prices in line with our audience, and on a recurring basis. This development would enhance the quality of sports productions," said Zack Nani, a content creator on Twitch and YouTube on 19/09/2023.

Nani spoke at "Demain le Sport" an event held in Paris (FRA) and organised by the French sports daily L'Équipe, the public TV group France Télévisions and the public radio station France Info, during a talk entitled "Sport, the new playground for streamers" alongside Pierre-Alexis "Bizot" Domingo (content creator) and Hugo "Décrypte" Travers (journalist and content creator).
