Bundesliga: Linglong Tire (tyres) becomes a partner of VfL Wolfsburg until 2016-17

The Chinese tyre manufacturer Linglong Tires will become a partner of VfL Wolfsburg (Bundesliga) from 01/01/2015, the club announced on 15/12/2014. The contract will expire at the end of the 2016-17 season.

The Chinese company will become a top sponsor of the German club. In addition to advertising board visibility and a presence in the club's media communication, Linglong Tire will also participate in the Wolfsburg United programme, a project creating international football schools supported by UNICEF. Linglong Tire, which is also a partner of 1. FSV Mainz 05 and SV Werder Bremen (Bundesliga) in 2014-15, wishes to establish a research and development center in Germany and plans to create a production center in continental Europe.
