Chelsea FC: Infinite Athlete (technology), main shirt sponsor for 2023-24 (€46.1m)

American AI technology company Infinite Athlete has become the main shirt sponsor of Chelsea FC (Premier League) for the 2023-24 season, announced the club on 30/09/2023. The agreement covers the club's men's and women's teams (Barclays Women's Super League).

As well as appearing on the front of match kits, the brand is also visible on the sleeve of the club's training kits, whose main shirt area has been occupied by online accommodation booking platform Trivago since the 2021-22 season. As part of the new agreement, Infinte Athlete will bring "innovative technology enhancements for the club and its global fanbase", including the Match View X platform, which allows fans to benefit from real-time statistics during match broadcasts.

Chelsea's deal with Infinite Athlete is valued at £40m (€46.1m), making it the seventh most lucrative main shirt sponsorship deal in the European Top 5 in 2023-24 and the third most expensive in the Premier League, behind Liverpool FC's deal with Standard Chartered (£50m/season) and Manchester United FC's deal with TeamViewer (£47m/season), and on a par…
