The Italian Pietro Doca has become the new president of Parma FC (Serie A TIM) on 16/12/2014. He replaces Tommaso Ghirardi, president and owner of Parmesan club since 03/01/2007. The lawyer Fabio Giordano becomes the vice-president, while Pietro Leonardi continues as the CEO of Parma FC.

These changes come as a group of Russian-Cypriot investors bought, on 11/12/2014, 90% of the shares in Parma Football Club Spa, owned by the Eventi Sportivi SpA company. "The details of the transaction and the new structure of the company will be presented by the new shareholders at a press conference on 19/12/2014 at 18:00 CET (Central European Time) at the Ennio Tardini stadium in Parma," stated Parma FC on 16/12/2014.

Pietro Doca is a jeweler in Piacenza (ITA). He will be the legal representative in Italy for the group of Russian-Cypriot investors who bought the club, according to the Italian press on 16/12/2014.

  • The Energy Ti company had already become Parma FC stakeholder; the group acquired 10% of the club's capital on 29/04/2014.
