New Zealand Rugby, whose men's team are three-time world champions (1987, 2001 and 2015), are ranked number one on all networks with the exception of X (formerly Twitter), where England are ahead of them in first place with 1.12 million followers.

Overall, the Rugby Football Union (ENG) is in 2nd place (4.84 million), well behind New Zealand but ahead of South Africa (3rd with 3.54 million). Next come France (4th with 3.37 million) and Ireland (5th with 2.53 million). These five federations are the only ones to exceed the average number of followers accumulated by the 20 national teams, which stands at 1.63 million.
