• Getafe CF (LALIGA EA Sports) and the city council have decided to change the name of the stadium from 'Coliseum Alfonso Perez' to simply 'Coliseum', after former player Alfonso Perez, born in Getafe (ESP), made comments deemed sexist regarding women's football.
• The EFL has launched a call for tenders for the international broadcasting rights to its competitions (Sky Bet Championship, Sky Bet League One, Sky Bet League Two, Carabao Cup and Papa Johns Trophy) for the 2024-2028 cycle.
