France/DAZN: distribution agreement with telecommunications operator Bouygues Telecom

DAZN has signed a distribution agreement with French telecoms operator Bouygues Telecom to "make sports streaming accessible to more fans in France," announced the OTT sports platform on 10/10/2023. Bouygues Telecom customers will be able to subscribe to DAZN from 11/10/2023.

"Bouygues Telecom customers will benefit from a free one-month trial with DAZN, followed by a €14.99 per month package to access the ever-expanding range of sports content available in the French market. This new agreement reinforces DAZN's commitment to making favourite sports content as accessible as possible to as many fans as possible. This new partnership will make live competitions, exclusive interviews and major events available to a wider French audience," explained DAZN.

"We have just begun discussions with operators. The aim is of course to be available everywhere, but our application is already accessible on mobiles, tablets, computers, connected TVs, games consoles, Google TV, etc." said Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN, to the French sports daily L'Équipe on 26/08/2023 regarding possible distribution…
