Juventus FC: €507.7m in revenue (+14.5%) & a net loss of €123.7m in 2022-23

Juventus FC (Serie A TIM) posted revenues (including transfers) of €507.7m for the 2022-23 financial year (from 01/07/2022 to 30/06/2023), up 14.5% on 2021-22 (€443.4m), according to the unaudited annual financial statement approved by the club's board of directors on 06/10/2023 (document available to download).

The Turin club (Piedmont, ITA) posted a net loss of €123.7m, albeit an improvement on the €239.3m loss for 2021-22. The operating result was also negative at €99.3m, but 2.2 times less than the previous season's figure of €221.7m.

These negative results can be explained "in part by the negative effects on revenues and costs related to the outcomes of Italian and international sports proceedings," explained Juventus, who were found guilty of several offences during the last financial year and condemned both in Italy by the Italian Federation (withdrawal of 10 points in the standings + fine) and at European level by UEFA (exclusion from the European Cups in 2023-24 + fine).
