Serie A TIM: "improved offers" for post-2024 TV rights requested for review on 16/10/2023

"Over the course of the week, improved offers (for Serie A TIM domestic media rights from 2024-25) will be requested for the various competition scenarios. The final bids will be presented and discussed at the assembly on 16/10/2023 at the Lega Serie A headquarters," announced the Italian professional football league on 09/10/2023, having just concluded a new five-day phase of direct negotiations with the OTT platform DAZN, the private Italian group Mediaset and the pay-TV operator Sky Italia.

Lega Serie A had indicated that it had completed the second phase of direct negotiations on 26/07/2023. "As per the rules of the call for tenders, the offers received remain valid and binding until 15/10/2023, in the meantime the Lega Serie A and the clubs will continue to work with the aim of maximising the value of their audiovisual rights," explained the Italian league at the time.
