esports: Mercedes activates its partnerships for the Worlds in Korea from 10/10 to 19/11/2023

Mercedes-Benz has activated its partnership with LoL Esports, organiser of the Riot Games esports circuit, for the 2023 League of Legends World Championships being held in Seoul and Busan (South Korea) from 10/10 to 19/11/2023, announced the German car manufacturer on 09/10/2023.

To mark the occasion, the group is unveiling its brand campaign "The Hunt for Glory" (see video below). Mercedes-Benz is also rolling out a treasure hunt enabling "fans from all over the world to experience the Worlds in an interactive way."

During the 2023 Worlds, Mercedes-Benz will also benefit from brand visibility as a partner and shirt sponsor of the South Korean T1 team (LCK), which features star player Lee "Faker" Sang-hyeok (KOR). The local branch of Mercedes also posted an "exclusive interview" with Faker on its social networks to coincide with the presentation of its brand strategy for these World Championships on 09/10/2023.
