esports: PSG Esports joins forces with Qatari team Quest Esports to form "PSG Quest" on Dota 2

PSG Esports has joined forces with Qatari organisation Quest Esports to form "PSG Quest" a team that will compete on the "Dota 2" video game circuit, published and managed by Valve, announced Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) on 10/10/2023.

The Parisian club, owned by the Qatari sovereign wealth fund QIA (via QSI), will take part in The International 2023 from 12 to 29/10/2023, the annual Dota 2 World Championship, "the equal of the football World Cup for football fans," according to PSG. The tournament will also feature "the world's highest cash prize" with a total of $2.937m (€2.7m) distributed to the teams.

This is the first time that PSG Esports has teamed up with a team from the Middle East. PSG Quest's gaming house is based in Istanbul, Turkey.
