Olympique Lyonnais: partnership with the Lumière Film Festival from 14 to 22/10/2023 in Lyon (FRA)

Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Uber Eats) is partnering the 15^th edition of the Festival Lumière, an annual event dedicated to cinema, which will take place from Saturday 14 to Sunday 22/10/2023 in Lyon (Rhône), announced the club on 12/10/2023.

"Every year, the Lumière Festival awards various prizes, including the Lumière Prize, awarded to a film star for their body of work. After Tim Burton in 2022, Wim Wenders will receive the Prix Lumière 2023. Embodying the revival of German and European cinema, his films affirm his style and his key themes: wandering, travel and solitude, as in 'Alice in the Cities' and 'The American Friend'," explained the club.

As is the case each year, the festival will also be offering "various events, film-concerts, masterclasses and meetings with the festival's guests of honour, who have come from all over the world to share their love of cinema," added the club
