CAF: Visa, official partner of the men's (2023, 2025) & women's (2024, 2026) Africa Cup of Nations

The American payment solutions and financial services group Visa has became an official partner of the Confederation of African Football, on 11/10/2023. The agreement covers the TotalEnergies AFCON 2023 (in the Ivory Coast from 13/01 to 11/02/2024) and the TotalEnergies AFCON 2025 (awarded to Morocco), as well as the 2024 and 2026 editions of the Women's Africa Cup of Nations.

As "exclusive payment partner" of the 2023 AFCON, Visa will provide "its digital payment technology" during the 52 matches of the competition played in six stadiums. As part of the competition, the brand will also "its player escort program for the competition, offering children between the ages of 8 and 12, a once in a lifetime opportunity to walk with their favourite players to the pitch before the matches," explained CAF, which has three other official sponsors for the competition.

The Ivorian construction company Porteo also became a CAF "national supporter" for the TotalEnergies AFCON 2023 on 14/10/2023.
