IOC: 2030 & 2034 Winter Games, esports, Charter, elections... at the 141^st Session, in Mumbai (IND)

• Validation of the principle of a double allocation for the 2030 Winter Games (bid by France, Sweden and Switzerland) and the 2034 Winter Games (bid by Salt Lake City, USA) by the 2024 IOC Session;
• Amendment to Rule 40 of the Olympic Charter concerning freedom of expression;
• Confirmation of the five additional sports (flag football, cricket, baseball, lacrosse and squash) for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games;
• Secured revenue of $5.4bn (€5.1bn) for the 2029-2032 cycle;
• Willingness to create "Olympic Esports Games";
• The wish expressed by some IOC members for president Thomas Bach (GER) to extend his term of office beyond 2025, which he is not allowed to do under the current regulations;
• Election of eight new IOC members, bringing the total to 107.
