ExclusiveStadiumGO: €300,000 raised by the car-sharing startup dedicated to sporting events

StadiumGo, a French start-up offering a car-sharing solution dedicated to sporting events, has finalised "a round of funding to broaden its impact on the accessibility and sustainability of events," it announced on 12/10/2023. StadiumGO told News Tank that it had raised €300,000.

"The success of the first round of financing marks a significant step forward in StadiumGO's mission to improve accessibility and reduce spectators' carbon footprint. This round of financing was made possible by the investment of nine SportTech professionals, including Didier Quillot (ex-LFP), Eric Conrad (Hopscotch Sport), Bertrand Picard (Natural Grass), Sofiane Laurent (Kobi) and Yvan Reilhac (USM Sapiac player)," explained the company.

"This round of funding will enable us to develop our offering, particularly at European level, as we are in contact with several clubs, but also to seek partnerships with major competitions, such as Euro 2024 in Germany and the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in France," said Olivier Lega, co-founder of StadiumGO, to News Tank.
