Boxing: DAZN to exclusively broadcast the Fury-Ngannou fight in over "200 territories" on 28/10/2023

DAZN has acquired exclusive international broadcasting rights (excluding the UK, Ireland, USA & Canada) to the fight between world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury (ENG) and Francis Ngannou (CMR), which will take place in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) on Saturday 28/10/2023, announced the OTT sports platform on 16/10/2023.

The fight will be available on a pay-per-view basis on the platform (price not communicated). A one-off additional cost for DAZN subscribers will be required to view the fight. DAZN will also broadcast the six other fights scheduled as part of the event. "DAZN's commitment to bringing subscribers the best in Boxing and MMA underscores this deal, which sees arguably the biggest and most eagerly anticipated match-up across disciplines being made available to DAZN's army of fight fans in more than 200 territories," explained the platform.

The fight will be broadcast by the pay-TV bouquet TNT Sports in the UK and Ireland, while pay-TV group ESPN (The Walt Disney Company) will show the event in the United States.
