Euro 2024: 9 out of 24 countries have already qualified, including Germany as host country

Germany (automatically qualified as hosts), Spain and Scotland (Group A), France (B), England (C), Turkey (D), Belgium and Austria (F) and Portugal (J) - these are the nine countries already guaranteed, as of 18/10/2023, to take part in the final phase of Euro 2024 (24 teams/51 matches) scheduled from 14/06 to 14/07/2024.

The qualifying rounds, which end on Tuesday 21/11/2023, will decide the 12 others, since the rules provide for direct qualification of the first and second-placed teams in each of the 10 groups (with recourse to goal difference in the event of a tie).

14 of the 53 teams in the running (Russia is excluded because of the war it started in Ukraine on 24/02/2022) have already been eliminated: Cyprus (Group A), Gibraltar (B), Northern Macedonia and Malta (C), Latvia (D), Estonia (F), Lithuania and Bulgaria (G), Finland, Northern Ireland and San Marino (H), Belarus and Andorra (I), and Liechtenstein (J).
