France/DAZN: distribution agreement with telecoms group Altice (SFR/RMC Sport)

DAZN has signed a distribution agreement with French telecoms and media group Altice France (parent company of telecoms operator SFR and pay-TV bouquet RMC Sport) to "make sports streaming accessible to more fans in France," announced the OTT sports platform on 19/10/2023. RMC Sport subscribers can sign up to DAZN from 19/10/2023, while SFR customers will be able to subscribe to the platform (via their set-top box) from 24/10/2023.

"The DAZN offer is available with a one-month free trial and then at a price of €14.99 per month, providing access to the ever-expanding range of sports content available in the French market. New SFR customers will receive three months free when they subscribe to an SFR Power or Premium package. RMC Sport subscribers can take advantage of a combined RMC Sport + DAZN promotional offer and find all their content on the RMC Sport application," explained DAZN.
